Upper Rockridge

Upper Rockridge extends above the College Avenue commercial district, climbing into the Oakland hills roughly above Harbord Drive and continuing up toward Grizzly Peak Boulevard. The elevation creates a distinct character from lower Rockridge—more secluded, more views, larger lots, quieter streets.
